I highly recommend the Bio Bidet BB-1000. You will need a nearby electrical outlet. I also own Bio Bidet's higher-end BB-2000. While it has some newer features, I actually prefer the enema function on the BB-1000. The BB-1000 uses a dedicated pump for the enema mode, which provides a stronger spray. On the BB-2000, Bio Bidet eliminated that second pump in favor of an instant (tankless) water heater and a sleeker design, and the enema function is noticeably less powerful as a result.
