Hey, have you been tested (genetic testing) for hereditary tryptasemia (HalphaT or HaT)? I have a lot of similar symptoms (POTS, MCAS, terrible allergies, GI issues), tryptase ~25 and was also considered for mastocytosis, but I tested positive for HaT which explains the tryptase level, so they're pretty sure it's not mastocytosis now. I had to pay ~$200 out of pocket for the test, but it was absolutely worth it.
