Another vote for the hammer, and once you put something up iwth Tapcons, you'll find a hundred other things (I've got a brick house, hose hangers, got conduit more soundly placed, lighting, planters, the works). If you're low on tools, this is a great homeowner set - 20v hammer drill, impact (great for changing tires or fixing flats), LED light, 2 batteries and a smart charger (they also sell them at Lowes and HD). I did a couple hundred holes in my concrete foundation for foam boards with it. Or go to HF and grab a corded one.
