You can try wearing hand braces at night which will help keep your hand and wrist immobile at night so they can heal. They helped me a bit but I had issues with clenching my fists so the brace only helped so much. If your muscles are cramped you can use magnesium to calm them. Take https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005F1ATJQ and put some in warm water in a cup to melt them. Once melted you can put the magnesium water on your arms and hands and your skin will absorb the magnesium which will calm the muscles. If the concentration of the magnesium flakes is too much it may be itchy since it is a salt. Meloxicam will help reduce inflammation and cyclobenzaprine will help reduce muscle spasms. I took those for the past 20 years to help the symptoms. I have PSA, SLE and MCAS which all impacted my joints and soft tissue. All of my auto-immune isses went full blown after getting the COVID vaccine. I was to the point at which I couldn't be on the computer for more than 30 minutes until the pain was too much. At this point I am on Taltz, a biologic, and after 3 months I could be on the computer for 10+ hours without pain.
