I'd suggest a 5 pack of quiet Arctic fans and just replace the stock ones. https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-P12-Pacco-Silenziosa-Ottimizzata/dp/B07HC7P3HJ NZXT makes some great cases, I used a H5 for almost a decade. But their stock fans are cheap, and not built for noise reduction at all. If you can bump the RAM speed up at all. That would help your CPU when it's under a load, but it's not a requirement. You could also opt for a single 16GB stick, instead of 2x8. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/G79nTW/patriot-viper-elite-5-16-gb-1-x-16-gb-ddr5-6000-cl30-memory-veb516g6030w DDR5 dimms are innately dual-channel, and they don't suffer nearly the same drawbacks from running a single stick that older RAM generations did. So unlike older hardware, this is a recommendable option.
