I taught on my period for 3 years and never once used any internal products. Here’s how I did it: The first thing I used is period swimwear. I didn’t pick out any old suit on Amazon, I looked for suits with good reviews, and LOTS of them. The suit I bought never once leaked in 2 years of teaching, even getting in and out of the water, diving, sitting, and being generally active as an instructor. the swimsuit I taught in for 2 years Every night when I came home from work after lessons and lifeguarding, I would rinse the suit out with cold water, especially the bottom part, and then wring it out really good and hang it to dry. Then in the morning, I’d wake up and put it on again. I did this for two years, teaching lessons for 3 hours every morning, and never had a problem. I hope this helps! Good luck to you!
