Give me a bit to mock something up. I'll include the links to the items. This is what the pods look like. They are 1.6" by 0.8". I cut pieces of the velcro to fit the area indicated in red and stuck it in place with the hook side fastened to the light. Then I just stuck a magnet to the backing of the loop side. This diagram shows the assembly. To charge the lights I take them off the scooter, and then pull the magnet from the velcro connection. This leaves the charging port exposed. Parts: LED Pods: $11 for 4 Magnets: $7 for 4 Outdoor, Heavy Duty Velco: $5 The LEDs are controlled by a remote, and have several modes. I only use the static mode though, on the highest brightness.
