If you don't want to deal with soldering, you can use electrically conductive epoxy. Just do some research to figure out which one you want to buy. There are a lot of different options with different curing times, some have applicators, some are liquid, some are viscous, etc. Just make sure not to bridge the positive and negative connections on the board or it'll short and not work. A short could also cause the battery to heat up and explode or catch fire in a worse case scenario if left connected. You could also try and heat up the tip of something like a nail or paper clip until it's glowing, and press it against the old solder joint while holding the wire against it (strip the wire back first), but this is a last/worst case scenario. You can easily get hurt or damage the device, or start a fire by accident. Old solder is also harder to heat up and might not solidify this way. (Just in case you're stoned, remember that heat propagates through metal, so use an oven mitt or similar to hold the metal thing you're heating up.) You could also just save the components you want to reuse and use your next vape with non-broken components so you don't have to deal with it.
