You need to draw with a larger syringe to eliminate the bubbles. Get the 27 gauge needles. https://a.co/d/0bGXMg8R No bubbles and the trimix liquid flows easily into the syringe. It adds another 10 cents to each injection. Once you get these, you’ll have the perfect setup. I guarantee it.

I spend 10 cents and draw (load) the syringe with a larger diameter 27 gauge needle. When the syringe is loaded, I twist the 27 gauge needle off and switch to the 33 gauge needle. https://a.co/d/09vBLIhd Drawing (loading) is twice as easy and it only costs an extra 10 cents. I’ll spend an extra 10 cents per injection to ensure ease of drawing and greater dosing accuracy.

Almost certainly needle size. When I started using I was scared of the size of a 1/2" length needle so I went with 5/16". I had a lot of mixed results and wasn't satisfied. I thought I needed a stronger dose, maybe even quadmix. Based on what others said here I decided to stop being squeamish and get the 1/2" needles. Solved my problem. I have the screw on syringes. I use a thicker gauge needle to draw to the trimix, unscrew that needle and use a higher gauge needle for injection. It also means the injection needle is brand new and sharp out of the package. Believe it or not, drawing the medicine can dull the needle. Here is what I bought based on recommendations from this sub: 27 Gauge 1/2 Inch Luer Lock to draw TSK STERiJECT Hypodermic Needles - 33g x (½") MinimLL Aesthetic Syringes Low Dead Space 0.5 mL The quality of the 33 gauge injection needles is very good. Way better than the needles I got at Walgreens or on Amazon. They were sharper, didn't feel them going in at all. The Walgreens and Amazon needles were 32 gauge and I used them to draw the trimix too. They hurt every time going in. Not horribly but like a bee sting. The ones I linked I felt nothing, zero pain.
