Shampoo is for your scalp....conditioner for your hair. Treat each separately. Sadly the Pantene volumizing shampoo has the "itchy M's" and the Loreal bond repair made my head itch also. Hard to find a shampoo that cleans your scalp but doesn't dry the hell out of your hair. I need a conditioner to detangle but doesn't make my hair greasy or itch me. I try to shoot for every other day to wash just because I color my hair but it does look best if I shampoo every day. Definitely double shampoo..The first shampoo is just prepping for the 2nd shampoo which is the CLEANER! I alternate my shampoos as well...Been liking Native mint one..Verb density shampoo...Goldwell volume or color treated. (You might want to try a dandruff shampoo once or twice a week..I like the Cerave one). Conditioners are tricky...too heavy and I'm a greasy, itchy mess...Not enough and I'm so tangled. I think since you are so greasy I'd use a Light conditioner (volume...not moisturizing) just from ears down. Leave on for at least 30 seconds...rinse well! I have a shower head that has a detachable hose and I rinse for at least a minute. I use a t shirt to wrap my hair up as a micro fiber will dry my hair too quickly, making it frizzy. I use a leave in ( Redken one united or It's a 10 LITE) I spray about 6 sprays into my hands..flip hair upside down and only apply from ears down. I use a wide tooth comb to detangle starting at bottom... I always dry my hair, starting at the roots upside down..Medium heat on low. When it's about 80 percent dry, I section and use a round brush to smooth it out. I recently bought a new blow dryer and while it was good at taming frizz, it left my hair so flat. It is IONIC technology which is what almost every dryer is made of. Fine hair does best with ceramic heat. Your choices are limited to either a cheap Conair ceramic or one that you can turn off the ion button (dyson, Harry & Josh or T3) I also clean my brushes often.. either dawn to cut the grease or clarifying shampoo. There is a great tool on Amazon that cleans your brushes well. I use this first, then clean the tool and my brushes. My hair is a shoulder length bob for reference. If it continues to bother you, you might want to see a dermatologist. Seb Derm, hormonal issues etc could be the culprit. Good Luck! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DZ1832LR?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1
