If they arent too deep I use this Scratch and Swirl cleaner. Its worked for me in the past on my 9th gen, rock chips, scratches, I've traded paint with the garage a couple times and it eventually gets it out with some elbow grease. Its also worked on my girlfriend's 22 civic.
