I understand the calories. However, calories are the least of your worries, tbh. Especially cause you're working out. The biggest contributor to your body storing fat is going to be your net carbs. Swith to a keto diet if you want to burn through your stored energy. It keeps your body in ketosis and allows you to burn through that belly fat you want to get rid of. Also, are you using compression and taking supplements like collagen? These two combined will allow your skin to tighten. You may find that the belly fat is more so loose skin. This is the scale I use. But definitely look into your carb management. I keep mine under 60g per day, and I don't focus a lot on the calories or fat cause they go hand in hand. Usually unless you're eating straight butter, you won't go over your fats or calories when keeping your carbs down. Keep in mind that there are vegetables that are high in carbs and low carb ones as well.
Interested in getting this scale. I have a Galaxy Watch 7 and find it wildly off. I did a Bod Pod test, similar to this scale and it had me at 18% (not too shabby for a 50+ y/o lol.) but my watch will range from 16 to 27%!!!! I get you need to be consistent with when you measure etc & ideally first thing in the morning but that is a crazy range I am between this scale and one by GE which is more than half the price.
