If you pick a guitar that doesn’t require a full set up, that’s all there is for that. Then you need an amp or a pedal like this: https://a.co/d/053YU7q6 That leaves a strap (even if you play seated) a pick (i use fender heavy, held sideways- I use the rounded sides), and a cable.

Both m-wave and Lekato make a mini hx stomp type pedal and I have tested both (and own them). They are both compact, and I think the Lekato (and the m-wave to a lesser degree) sounds pretty freaking good! I also own an HX stomp and HX one, and obviously those are deeper pedals, but for a simple multieffect or a secondary setup/travel/budget rig it’s hard to imagine doing better for $50. The Lekato is even stereo. https://a.co/d/0f0ciFL9
