This one seems pretty similar to mine, you press the button ever so slightly to get a stream, and you find how hard you need to press to make it constant and slow. For weed, there's sativa and indica, sativa will make you feel more energetic which might be better for these sometimes, and Indica which makes you feel relaxed and tired which is also very good for these but some times it makes it harder to concentrate on making muscles relax
