I suspect they wanted to make it so you could rotate it 180. But yes, it has the same shelf/hopper bump out on both sides. * I actually have the folding table. if you want me to upload a photo with the cover on with the side table up, let me know.
I honestly can't remember if it covers the bottom shelf... And ribs are on now, but I think it does, and I don't keep anything down there, so I don't really care if it does. Looks like the price went up by like 10 bucks since I bought it a year ago. https://a.co/d/08pZuG0K
