Muc Off Premium Anti-Fog Treatment, 30 Milliliters - Long-Lasting, Intensive Anti-Mist Spray - Suitable for Helmet Visors, Goggles and Glasses

As someone who is really near sighted , owns proflex goggles, and has glasses i found Muc Off to be effective for anti fog on my glasses. I would do a spray on both lenses before i walked onto the field and used a microfiber cloth after the spray. I found it would last a few rounds before needing to be re-applied for me. However YMMV, I have seen people it work longer for.
