In the very short term (the next couple of weeks) I suggest you get by with Level 1 charging at home and find some DC fast chargers near your home, near your family member's TBD location, and one or two locations between. That will give you plenty of flexibility and a few days to learn more about your vehicle. Next (and if budget allows) consider getting a good portable charger (if the EV6 doesn't come with one) that has adapters for both 120V (L1) and 240V (L2) receptacles. That will be useful both short term and longer term if you will be travelling much, and particularly to a destination with a 240V receptacle. The Webasto Go unit may be a good choice if you can find one, although it has no means to control the current draw if on a limited 240V circuit. The J+ Booster is an expensive option (with mixed reviews) but provides a lot of control over charging current - but is currently sold out. There are quite a few other options here - some have been suggested in these comments. Investigate that hardwired L2 charger for the long term, first at your own home and then possibly at your family member's location. There are many options here - knowing more about your home's electrical system will help folks here to suggest suitable solutions.
