I'm in a similar situation in my new apartment. The gas range doesn't have powerful enough burners to utilize my wok correctly. I've watched a lot of videos about wok induction burners. There are ones available for $150-175 but I found one that looks to be a commercial/restaurant style option for $108 on Amazon. I haven't purchased it yet, but I plan to in the next week or so. The nice thing is it's from Amazon, so worst case if I don't like it , I'll return it . Wok Induction Burner
