This error is usually from a bad printhead USB-C cable. It’s a very common fail point due to the extreme bends (very poor design/implementation). Contact Elegoo and they will usually send you a replacement for free. It’s not too difficult to replace, but routing the cable properly is a bit annoying. To diagnose, push the cable in good and tight and reboot the machine. Hopefully it boots up without the error. Then start wiggling the USB-C cable around. This usually triggers the error again, confirming that the cable is the problem. The other option is to unplug the cable at both ends (at the printhead and at the circuit board on the bottom), then replace the cable with a known good one (any type/brand is ok for this) and see if the error goes away. If both the above tests fail to confirm the cable as the problem, then the issue is likely the circuit board (not sure of the exact name… motherboard, control board, main board, whatever, lol). Hope this helps. Good luck! PS. You don’t have to use the official Elegoo cable if you don’t want to. They aren’t the best quality. Just get a good high quality PD (power delivery) cable rated for 240 watts. It’ll work fine. I’ve been using this one for over a year now without any issues… https://a.co/d/02zxfCwY I designed/printed a little bracket to hold it into the printhead using the existing screws. I can share it with you or help you modify it to fit your cable if needed. But the Elegoo cable is easiest - plug n play.

Yes, that’s the expected run time for a Mini based on its battery size. A portable battery source or power supply is mandatory for those late night excursions. This is what I use for my DWARF’s Accessories: Battery Backup > 2 x Anker 737 Power Bank - 24,000 mAh: https://a.co/d/0cstQGeV Battery Backup (for extreme cold weather) > Nitecore Summit 20,000 mAh: https://nitecorestore.com/products/nitecore-summit-20000-low-temperature-power-bank-20000mah Wall Charger: Anker 140W Max - 4 Port - USB: https://a.co/d/07MwZ511 USB-C Cables (Data and Power): Anker Prime USB-C to USB-C - 240W Fast Charging / 6ft: https://a.co/d/0asCDECD USB-C Cables (Data and Power): Anker Prime USB-C to USB-C - 240W Fast Charging / 3ft: https://a.co/d/0hcqESBD USB-C Magnetic/Right Angle Quick Release for DWARF Mini: https://a.co/d/0j5uHo7p
