Is the paper the right kind of paper for your ink? I had some issues with this on my ET8500 using paper that didn't work well with the Epson ink. Matte paper also seems to have more issues than glossy, at least for me. I'd maybe try a glossier paper / different paper. I usually do 24h. There is an envelope setting on ET 8500's (likely yours as well) that helps with the jamming. I don't think I've had a jam yet printing stickers.
