We used to get the kong extremes (or whatever their toughest ones are called) and our dog destroyed them. Our vet recommended these and they're great - totally indestructible. The vet also said that konh extremes are too hard for dogs and can break a dog's teeth - these ones are softer, even though they are way tougher.
