Ok, I did my first KP injection successfully! Prior to, I watched this video several times and also referred to this thread about priming. I used these pen needles. A few observations: I am used to the auto-pen, which takes ~5 seconds. The KP forces you to inject slowly. I thought that would bother me bc..... needle! I want it over as quickly as possible. However.... Didn't feel a thing! I numbed with ice first. The needle is so small. (Injected in stomach.) Priming: be aware that the "drop" of medicine you're looking for is tiiiny! At first I thought my pen was clogged, then I put on my glasses and realized there was in fact an itty-bitty drop there. When you're finished, don't forget to remove the needle tip before you re-cap the KP! Someone else here forgot, and I almost did, too, bc I was so relieved to be done. Overall, very straightforward if you familiarize yourself with the instructions. Good luck 😄
