Lol, I don't even remember which I bought from Amazon on the tongs, as they are just some offbrands, made out of stainless and lasting forever. Here is Amazon's choice and should work fine, I do prefer the 12" more since it is longer, but I have friends who like the 16" version, so just preference I would say. Just buy a set and see which you like and if you need the 2nd of dif length? As for brush, I have this and it works fine for me. On the griddle insert, I remember I bought a Lodge cast iron griddle from Costco for like $20 and just tossed it on to the gas grill and it has served me well for years. Eventually I ended up buying a 36" Blackstone griddle from Costco a few yrs ago when it was on sale.
