I dress like this for work every day. Typically I carry a laptop and paper folders with me in something like this. These usually have an external compartment on the "back", the side that would be closer to your body. I put a full sized handgun in a sticky holster inside that thing. It's easy to access without having to "open" the bag, and no one can tell there's a full sized gun with and a 17 rd spare mag in there. You dress like that, nobody suspects anything from a guy's "courier bag."
