Your title says “power and ethernet” but the post says “ethernet connection and thunderbolt” ... which one is it exactly? If you just mean “power and ethernet,” then here’s a solution: https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-Ethernet-Compatible-Thunderbolt/dp/B0FC61NLVD However, if you want the plug a Thunderbolt monitor into the dongle (which I assume is the case because you want “one plug that goes into each MBP”) then probably the best choice is a Thunderbolt 4 hub: https://www.amazon.com/Thunderbolt-Hub-OWCTB4HUB5P-W125947845-Aluminium/dp/B08NWL5V86/ You’d want two of these. Each one would have the monitor and a USB Ethernet adapter plugged into it. Then your MacBooks could connect to them with a single Thunderbolt cable.
