It really depends a lot on what OP is doing for work. I love my Ketl no-fry for backpacking but there is no way I’m going to wear them for manual labor, they would be ruined in a week and they are not cheap to replace . I have been building a stone retaining wall with mortar and concrete right on the ocean In Maine , it is very exposed and highly reflective environment. I recently picked up these cheap ones from Amazon for 12 bucks a piece and so far I have been pretty pleased with them, they have enough heft to them that they seem pretty durable (no issues so far ) but the material is still soft against the skin and quite breathable also the hood is nice and large.https://www.amazon.com/Long-Sleeve-Fishing-Shirts-Men/dp/B0D97FKTK1 If durability is not as much as an issue for you then somebody recently linked these ones saying they were essentially the same material as OR echo which is also basically the same as the no-fry, but these are a bit cheaper to replace. https://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-Camp-Hoodie-Ultralight-Hiking/dp/B0GBTSMDKT
