Here is my answer to the headrest issue. I had a 2016 Forester that had this issue but at least the headrest had an adjustable tilt. I just got a 2025 Forester and it is even worse because the tilt was not adjustable! I tried many different aftermarket cushions before this one came the closest. I did have to add a 1/2" wide velcro strap to hold it tighter but it did work. Commenters say it is hard foam but it is really memory foam because it does get softer has it gets warmer and it does conform to the shape of your neck. In the right spot it fill the gap between your neck and the seat. I will always look for something better but Subaru REALLY needs to fix this. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D62HQG7R
