The thing with the water damage is the codes arent always indicitive of that, meaning there isnt going to be a code that tells you the module is wet. It will be a trial and error thing. Id put a new battery in, clear all alarm codes and go for a drive. Park the car attempt to lock the doors with the fob. Then read the alarm codes, they will be fresh and off a fresh drive cycle
