Hori fight sticks have replacement USB cables https://www.amazon.com/Replacement-Cable-HORI-Arcade-Sticks-PC/dp/B0DYJXZT5H (Note, I am not 100% sure the above works, but you can probably check the cables pinout color. you can also just cut and slice the wires. It's an aracde stick, data signal quality is not important.
