Although unfiltered coffee does raise LDL not all of them are the same. The worst are French press and Turkish coffee where the water really soaks into the grounds and picks up a lot of the oils. When espresso is prepared the water spends a lot less time in the grounds and doesn't have quite as much if the oils. Ristretto may have even less. So the occasional espresso may not be impactful if all other lifestyle changes are consistent. That said it's definitely smart to be mindful of unfiltered coffee intake.
