It really depends on what you want to do with it. The 4K is going to be a little light on resources, so you have to set your expectations. You can check out my book, although it doesn't target this particular board: https://www.amazon.com/FPGA-Programming-Handbook-Transforming-SystemVerilog/dp/1805125591. It does go over a lot of the basics, but you'll need to find another way to interface to it, like through the UART. There are other resources depending on your experience. Check out Mister FPGA. Again, not for that board, but there are lots of cores you could try porting.
