Buy one of those "dry the floor" fans that have the built in duct/air funnel. Have it blowing all the hot air out of your room into the wider house. That's what I do. (I also have my ceiling fan on max to blow the hot air down into the path of the Blower fan.My room would get unbearably hot if I played a high end game for longer than an hour. Or sometimes when the wife isn't home I'll have it in the hall blowing the cool AC air from the hallway into the room.
