Looks like bed bug bites to me, but as you may know, no one can reliably tell you for certain based on skin reactions alone. What I would do if I were you at this point: Put your mattress, pillows, and if you have one, your box spring, in encasements specifically made for bed bugs. You can find these on Amazon for around $35 or less depending on size and quality.https://www.amazon.com/stores/HOSPITOLOGY/page/D1E92A22-F975-461A-8BC0-97FEA879C1C4?lp_asin=B01BLTEB58&ref_=cm_sw_r_ud_ast_store_V8868AQNDJ6JA12JE4QJ&store_ref=bl_ast_dp_brandlogo_sto Buy some glue traps and place them around the room where you're getting bitten. You will likely not catch any adults on the glue traps, but if you examine them closely (may even need to use a camera/zoom), you might find nymphs. Their nymphs are EXTREMELY tiny and mostly translucent.. to the naked eye, the trap will look like it's got maybe some sawdust on it.. but zoom-in far enough with a phone/camera and you will see them clearly enough. They are really, really small, like grains of sand, though, so be sure to look very closely or you'll miss them entirely.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E8LIXPQ If you have an early infestation and quickly cover your mattress, pillow, and box spring, you might get lucky and trap them all inside the encasement and your problem is over. Then, you just keep an eye on the traps to monitor for signs of nymphs. If after encasing your bedding, you still find nymphs or bed bugs hitting the traps, you'll know you have them and can go from there. But those bites? That's how it all begins. Don't sleep on encasing your bedding. Like I said, you might get lucky and trap them before they start spreading. But, they hatch eggs like every 7-10 days, so the longer you wait, the more you get.
