An induction heater is the right way to do this in an industrial context. You have to slip the coil over the tip of the wire, which may be challenging, but it just works. Email the guys at interpowerinduction.com, I've worked on some custom automation projects with their systems that draw thousands of kilowatts, and they've been running flawlessly for decades, but be prepared to spend tens of thousands of dollars even for your teeny tiny wire heating system. Not sure they have gear that goes that small, but I trust them to figure it out. However, if you're posting here, you're probably not looking for that. Buy an induction heater wand on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DWJTDQYT and rewind an offset coil that works for your mechanical envelope and try that. Or, if a soldering iron works, just machine a custom soldering iron tip that works with your envelope and thermally bond it to the heater cartridge.
