We had two of these media towers and also upgraded both of the lazy susans with industrial grade ones. Just the display weighs roughly 99 pounds so once you add over 600 blu rays and steelbooks it gets HEAVY. The stock plastic lazy susan will fail eventually. We ended up drilling a small hole on the bottom base board that will never show. Secure the lazy susan to the base. then you line up the upper base board that roates and you secure it with screws through the drilled hole. You have to rotate it around to each spot to drill into. Just need to make sure the hole will line up with all the spots. Unfortunately our townhouse caught fire last year and destroyed everything inside. I'm slowly rebuilding our movie library. I'll try and see if I still have pictures of how we installed it. I plan on building a new one from scratch using the same dimensions and building it out of bamboo plywood.
