the 31g EasyTouch insulin needles are the best i've used. they go in very smooth. The pens are 32g and these are 31g. barely even noticeably bigger.

If you're taking a smaller volume, they also make these in 30 unit and 50 unit varieties, which can be easier to read if you're injecting less than 30 or 50 units. The 100 unit ones are the most versatile though. If Amazon won't ship to your state, some people have better luck ordering off Diabetic Warehouse, or some of the other diabetic supply shops. The pharmacy also SHOULD send you more, but it's probably faster to pick some up yourself.
