In my personal experience, everything about fibro is just taking the pain and other symptoms of your other pre-existing disorders and amplifying them by 1000. If you figure out what the underlying disorders/issues are, treating them will treat the fibro as well. I’m co-signing on u/SpoonieMarie’s comment about going to a gastro specialist for this. It’s definitely not just the fibro making you nauseous all the time. In the meantime, I highly recommend trying digestive enzyme supplements like this one. They basically supply your stomach with enzymes found in different algae and fungi (it’s been a minute since I looked em all up but they’re listed on the back of the bottle) that aid with human digestion.
