I got a free shell and just bought a fully wiring harness with switches and motor off amazon for around $50. A 12v 8ah batter is only $15 If it's too much of a headache just replace all wiring and then you've got extra stuff. This one says it's for 24v it that's what you are going for https://a.co/d/01ttqClx
