For the Love of Men: From Toxic to a More Mindful Masculinity

Educate yourself copiously on feminist issues, toxic masculinity, male entitlement, misogyny, sexual assault, and the mental load. Google how to determine consent, even if you think you already know. Google different forms of relationship abuse, even if you think you would never be abusive. Stay away from books or websites that tout dating advice for men, unless they're explicitly feminist. Men have been heavily conditioned from birth to mistreat girls and women, especially in dating and sex, and unlearning that conditioning takes a lifetime. 99%+ of men haven't done enough learning and unlearning to be a safe person for women in the dating world. If you're white, you also have to do the work to unlearn racism. If you're straight, you also have to do the work to unlearn homophobia. If you're cis, you also have to do the work to unlearn transphobia. And so on. And if you're new to kink or non-monogamy, or experienced in both of those fields but have never done much research, start educating yourself if you're looking for either.
