When I make it I add some of this smoky chipotle bouillon and some agave. Be careful though it's really salty, a little goes a long way. I agree with the other commenter, too much tomato. I would get rid of the San marzanos personally Also I wouldn't air fry it if I wanted it to be like Chipotle's. I usually pan fry. I feel like the texture would be wrong bc the sofritas comes in a wet bag that they heat up in some hot water (source: I worked there), but if you're doing that for your own texture preference go for it of course
