I believe breast milk helps many skin issues. Some people put it in their bath water but if you don’t produce much that feels wasteful, plus may not be concentrated enough? Could try just expressing a little and rubbing it on her bottom and letting it dry? Otherwise we use this cream and love it. It’s both moisturizing and uses zink to protect against the pee: https://a.co/d/0cTq24oz Disclaimer: we haven’t had diaper rash issues so these are just ideas! Good luck❤️
