I have this one for quick stuff: https://www.amazon.com.au/WOLFBOX-MF50-Duster-110000RPM-Adjustable-Rechargeable/dp/B0DSW7R4VN It runs full tilt for about 20 mins but lowering it down will give you a bit more time.
https://a.co/d/0iohYV0M I picked up one of these and found it to have so many uses, including cleaning dirty fans.
Canned air with attachment for keyboards or you can buy something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DSW7R4VN/?coliid=I27GT0I0621N6U&colid=3H0KP5DTOQA4M&psc=1
Real talk for cleaning - use can air duster or a battery powered air duster. Tooth brush is not the best option. Most of the time this should be all you need. This was just the top pick on Amazon but they pretty much all do the same thing. https://a.co/d/04zebF7o Also one of the other comments has a diagram. That diagram is basically the same thing for every motherboard. Look up the diagram for your motherboard and plug in that cable. If that's the only issue you should be all set. Your family member may be able to share what the motherboard model is if you are not sure. Hope this helps Edit - the cable would need to plug into the power switch pins. Which goes where can vary I think which is why you need the diagram, but it should be that same bunch of pins in one place.
I suggest buying one of these
