Per the USB-IF, USB cables should be marketed by their power rating. The USB specifications declare maximum voltage drop, so the cable maximum power rating is determined by whether it can carry 3A or 5A without exceeding that voltage drop (assuming the manufacturer actually tests this). Since originally USB Power Delivery could go up to 20V, cables were marketed as 60W (20V x 3A) or 100W (20V x 5A). Newer specifications allow 48V at 5A, so 240W (48V x 5A) cables entered the market. You need a 100W or 240W cable for Samsung's unique SFC 2.0 requirement. I generally only recommend USB-IF certified cables since they actually test for voltage drop and have a wrenching strength test. This looks like it meets all your requirements: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CFZPSPBY?th=1 https://www.usb.org/single-product/11682
If OP wants to do wireless VD/Airplay/Steam Link, I’d avoid plugging into the wall. I wear a 24,000 mAh Anker 65W powerbank in a fannypack. Just make sure there isn’t any stress on the usb-c connections. I use an Anker 90 degree usb-c cable for this purpose. https://a.co/d/02qKEJXk As long as you have roughly 20W output, it should be enough for the Quest 3 to maintain charge levels.
