Gorilla tape! wipe the area with alcohol quickly, not enough to strip the paint. make sure the tape strips are going vertical. Press firmly for 60 seconds. Take the light house off the mount if possible and let just the mount sit for a few hours. I used gorilla tape to hold up my surround speakers and I just moved them yesterday.
