The DJI goggles 3 are super comfortable and very light. The Meta Quest 3 I got this attachment and it is comfortable too but noticeably heavier than the goggles 3 https://a.co/d/03Ton65Q Gaming on the Meta Quest 3, it always feels very outdated in some way just because I always notice all the pixels in what I am seeing. However, I am still a huge fan because my reasons for gaming. I just enjoy the activities. I am really addicted to gaming on it everyday and I am just a huge fan of playing and exploring fitness games and sports on it so I don't mind the graphics at all. I haven't yet had the chance to actually use the goggles 3 yet since I am waiting for my digital drones to be repaired or be shipped over from China still. Sorry I don't have much experience to answer your questions that well yet! In a nutshell, I just love both so far :)
Meta has the best inside out tracking right now, especially if you play the standalone version of beatsaber.
