No problem man, that’s why we share the knowledge! Going to say, this reads like a lot but after you set it you can forget it. No configuration changes necessary after. My issue with USB-C for my headset was that at high bitrates over H264+ on Virtual Desktop, I got wild decode latency pushing upwards of 150ms total. With WiFi and Ethernet, I get 25 ms - 37 ms total latency. If I didn’t do endurance races, I would go WiFi but 2 hour battery doesn’t bode well for 4+ hour events For Ethernet, you need an adapter like the one at the end and since it’s a bit cumbersome on the face I use the second link as an extension from the plugin port to the right side of my headset where the Ethernet comes from. If your computer is plugged in via Ethernet then you will need a network switch to instead plug both your PC Ethernet into and your Quest 3 headset into and the Ethernet from the router attached to the switch. If you’re on WiFi on your pc, you can simply plug the Ethernet for the quest 3 directly into your PCs open port and then go to network adapter > properties > enable internet sharing. There is a requirement if you go this route to modify some registry keys to make this persist on computer restart otherwise you have to do it every time you turn on your PC, here’s a guide https://github.com/Crayphish/vrdocs/wiki/Internet-Connection-Sharing and the last step, step 5 is what I’m referring to. You also need to enable the Ethernet capability on the Quest with Android Debug Bridge, which is simply putting your Quest in developer mode, connecting it to the PC via usb and then running the enable Ethernet port command via your PCs command line. Get this one instead, from my research there was a specific one you needed because of its chipset. This is the one I have and it works: BENFEI USB-C to Ethernet Gigabit... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D3GZMN8X?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share Also if you want to keep your wires orderly this is what I have done. The right angle usb c extension I wrapped from the charging port on my headset to the right of bobo vr s3 and Velcrod it down. Then I have the Ethernet adapter plug directly into this so that it’s out of the way UseBean Right Angle USB C... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08D9GP342?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
