Do you mean like physically on the page or tips about ..the language of making comics like how to do timing etc. I wouldn't worry too much about safe areas unless you planned to print. Most of the standard measurements for gutters i know of are usually done on American sized pages 11x17 which would be about quarter inch. The top and bottom are 1 inch and sides are 1/5 inch.
