Ill have to take a picture later but not sure. With this strap yea as long as its 22mm. I posted the link to the strap itself in some of the other comments. But im not entire sure on other adapters. I only have ever bought jaysandkays and used those. I hear the other adapters are kinda wonky but some people have had good success with them. https://www.amazon.com/Abanen-Ultralight-Wristband-Instinct-Forerunner/dp/B0D97V89R1/ref=pd_aw_ci_mcx_mh_mcx_views_0_image?pd_rd_w=xDl2b&content-id=amzn1.sym.f90e2cd3-9163-41ec-bd68-6312dd11593c%3Aamzn1.symc.6f25bf6c-6456-4ba5-b75d-5f5614122131&pf_rd_p=f90e2cd3-9163-41ec-bd68-6312dd11593c&pf_rd_r=JDVWMK0PBTX168EEXHZV&pd_rd_wg=kDXhg&pd_rd_r=2e2871e5-bccc-48aa-983a-fec2ee7e4901&pd_rd_i=B0D97V89R1
I got the 22mm adapters I think its 16 to 22mm. I took a picture so you can see but theres the adapter that the strap is strapped to. And this is the link to the 22mm bands I got for it. Theyre made for the garmin but these straps allow any 22mm band so they work just fine and are my favorite ones. https://www.amazon.com/Abanen-Ultralight-Wristband-Instinct-Forerunner/dp/B0D97V89R1/ref=pd_aw_ci_mcx_mh_mcx_views_0_image?pd_rd_w=4dZXR&content-id=amzn1.sym.f90e2cd3-9163-41ec-bd68-6312dd11593c%3Aamzn1.symc.6f25bf6c-6456-4ba5-b75d-5f5614122131&pf_rd_p=f90e2cd3-9163-41ec-bd68-6312dd11593c&pf_rd_r=T9CBG8CZCYBQJY3H50RY&pd_rd_wg=EelB1&pd_rd_r=a5707a56-a3b6-4dff-af4a-ef3d17439d0d&pd_rd_i=B0D97V89R1
So I use these. Ill probably buy another black one next week. I have one on my garmin also, and theyre probably my favorite nylon style straps. Super comfortable and super simple to adjust and or change out. Id say send it though, you can never have enough straps (im a nylon straps addict😂) https://www.amazon.com/Abanen-Ultralight-Wristband-Instinct-Forerunner/dp/B0D97V89R1/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?crid=14FMD1MMMPTQM&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.39H7cdznTUnDYXp5IDAp2Oz0yEL6H_2ZNgrRgYXQTe9fwSRZcH6D085ukLYBsWsVGYRKNxCkL8jwdcTt1aIHeegx-OIa_uYGrEoWfQ1bRq0LQswnEH_Jw9Ls2uBG6fMK2K7WgU1QrV4MgsYHuGon_6uZ7bN3WMF0pyovTu9I43oNNaavq0q8C33JtjlkictyW4e1fITt_6ZHhEyclwinHA.aF_N835uy7Au0xyK9_EY2r3oXItPPd37dIN9t1V0d5s&dib_tag=se&keywords=garmin+instinct+strap&qid=1782694447&sprefix=garmin+instinct+strap%2Caps%2C276&sr=8-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9zZWFyY2hfYXRm&psc=1
https://a.co/d/084wJmEG is what I use, super comfortable and durable. I've had to swim with this band before and never had any issues. I use the nylon for sleeping and daily wear and the silicone for working out.
Amazfit Balance 2 is identical hardware-wise to the T-Rex 3 that someone else suggested here. But looks less tacky than the T-Rex. And cheaper too iirc. It has all the features you list, with accurate dual-band GPS + biosensor. At $250 it's a total steal vs. 3x the price for an equivalent Garmin. The recently-released new Amazfit watches aren't much of an upgrade in functionality / accuracy but are way more expensive. I got my Balance 2 a few months ago and see no reason to upgrade or feel sad about missing out on the latest models. Get the Balance 2 (or T-Rex) while you still can, they're ludicrously cheap for what they offer. Get a woven nylon strap like this. Much more comfortable than the silicone trash most watches come with. Exact one I'm using with my Bal 2: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D97V89R1 Sleep and Recovery score If you haven't had a smartwatch before, you may not enjoy wearing it to bed. It's big and bulky and annoying. Look into the Fitbit Air (very thin & light, $100) or smart rings. I'm getting a RingConn Gen 2 on the Prime Day sale in a week (Gen 3 isn't really much of an upgrade, but is thicker and much more expensive).
Got this from Amazon. Works great never had an issue https://a.co/d/07cBKuM8
This is the one I went with and it is amazing. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D97V89R1?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
