HDD will be too big and you won’t be able to close the case. try it from the opposite side. You might even find a 2.5 to 3.5 bracket that will work on the inside since your mobo is small. For example:https://a.co/d/06eA63xs For now if any two holes line up you can do that or just use a single screw but it won’t look pretty or be very secure.
