I use this paper: https://a.co/d/0avZJ9ii. I just use proxxied.net to put 6 of them on a page since putting 9 on there seems to lead to the edge getting messed up on the foil I use. Then just print em off and stick em on some 110 lb black cardstock and cut em out. Pretty happy with the results.
